Services
Custom-built ERP, not boxed software.
You own the system and the data. We are responsible for making it run the way your factory does.
( 01 )Modules
Start with the parts your factory needs first.
01Orders & quotations
From quote request to confirmed order, every change has a history.
Manage quotes, orders, delivery schedules and receivables per customer. Sales can see production progress on an order without calling the floor.
02Production planning & BOM
Production orders flow from sales orders, with material norms and routing.
Multi-level bills of materials, routing, and scheduling against machine and labour capacity. When the plan changes, material requirements (MRP) are recalculated.
03Machine tracking by shift
Which machine runs which order, who operates it, and how much it produced.
Record machine sessions, downtime and downtime reasons for multi-shift floors. Output is verified at several levels before moving to the next stage.
04Inventory & materials
Receipts, issues and stock by lot, with books that match reality.
Manage raw materials, work in progress and finished goods by lot and location. Material issues are tied to production orders, so stock is always explainable.
05Quality control
Inspection at each stage, with defects traced to machine, shift and lot.
Incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspection. Each defect is linked to a machine, operator and material lot so you can find the real cause.
06Reports & dashboards
Management sees the whole factory on one screen.
Role-based dashboards for directors, supervisors, planners and warehouse staff. Figures come straight from operations, not manual roll-ups.
( 02 )Rollout process
Four phases, each with something you can use.
- 011–2 weeks
Discovery
We visit the floor and follow one order from intake to delivery, noting where the data breaks.
- 022–3 weeks
Design
We agree scope, module order and the metrics to improve. You approve screen mock-ups before any code is written.
- 038–16 weeks
Build
We build module by module, put each one into real use as it lands, and refine it with operator feedback.
- 04Ongoing
Operate
On-site training, metric tracking, and expansion as the factory adds lines or processes.
( 03 )Who it is for
We do our best work when
- The factory runs on spreadsheets, paper or disconnected tools.
- Your production process has specifics that boxed software cannot follow.
- Management wants live figures to make decisions.
- Someone on the factory side stays with the project throughout.
( 04 )FAQ
How we work
Do we have to replace all our existing software?
No. We keep what works, such as your accounting package, and connect its data to the new system instead of asking the factory to drop everything.
Which module should we start with?
Wherever wrong figures cost you the most. For most factories that is inventory and production orders; the discovery visit will show the right order.
Can older operators use it?
Shop-floor screens are designed for tablets, with few steps and large type. We train on site and adjust the interface with operator feedback.
What happens after handover?
We keep tracking the metrics, fixing issues and extending the system as the factory adds lines or processes.
